Casino Tropicana is perhaps not the nicest, most updated casino and hotel in the world, but it is still one of the nicest in town and definitely serves a purpose.
The entire town of Poipet seems a bit seedy on the surface, and that reputation is generally warranted, but the Casino Tropicana stands out as being one of the most honest spots in the entire city.
The casino is dated, and low key in its operation, but offers a wide variety of games and is extremely attractive to both foreigners and domestic visitors, who make visits from all throughout the country just to gamble.
